We love to Ski!
Palmetto Ski and Outing Club was started in 1969 in Greenville, South Carolina, Our members are active adults and families in and around the Upstate of South Carolina who like outdoor and indoor activities, as well as fellowship with like-minded people. We like to have fun, socialize, and ski! We also have many social members, who might not ski, but they enjoy group travel, organized outdoor activities, parties, and our monthy get-togethers and happy-hours . We welcome new members, and hope you will join in the fun!

In addition to our recreational skiing trips, our club has a fantastic and fun racing program, with amateur races at several of the North Carolina ski resorts for both skiers and snowboarders. We welcome newbies, as it is a great way to improve your skills on the slopes. We won the Western Division title for 2023/24, and finished as runner up in 2024/25.
We love to travel!
PSOC already has some great travel and ski trips planned for this year. We have ski trips planned to Steamboat, Mammoth CA, Whitefish MT, as well as a river cruise in Portugal. As a club member you also can have reciprocal membership privileges for any of the 18 affiliated club trips. These trips are a great economical and fun way to travel as a group. Please join us for these amazing trips!
