Reminder: Registration opens June 1, 2025
Start the process by downloading the Flyer and Registration Forms at the bottom of the page. The flyer includes itinerary information, cruise details, and room selection info.
Registration is required and must be done via attached PDF (fillable) form below. Deposit of $400 per person is required at time of sign up using a credit card (via the form), plus trip insurance payment, if desired ($569, and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED). Once registration is received, you will get a confirmation number, as well as a personal web portal with which you can do the remainder of the registration on-line.
Some important reminders when filling out your registration form:
1. Form must be filled out and emailed to casey@mayflowercruisesandtours.com with the $400 deposit per person and Travel Protection Plan ($569 if purchasing). Form can be used for couples traveling and paying together. There is no additional credit card fee when using your card.
NOTE ABOUT PAYMENT(S): Payment is accomplished via the registration form by completing the credit card info section. Once accepted, you will have access to your reservation portal and can pay future payments online. If you prefer to make initial payment by phone, contact your trip leader, Michelle, and she can arrange to contact you by phone for that.
2. Please be sure to include your Club Affiliation on the form!
3. Under Cabin selection:
- Single means you are paying a single supplement
- Twin means there are two in the room
- Share means you are traveling single, but willing to be paired with another single of the same gender. All pairings will be made first within CSC singles list before opened to being paired with anyone else booking the trip.
